I’ve been working on a chicken marinade for the past couple of weeks and I’ve finally come up with something that we love! We have decided to start eating healthier and increase our protein intake so we use a lot of chicken but it gets boring. This marinade won’t disappoint you!
Ingredients:

- Extra Virgin Olive oil 1 cup
- Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Honey 1-2 TBS Honey
- Dijon Mustard 1-2 TBS
- Lemon rind and juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- Kick’n Chicken 2 TBS
Instructions:

Put above ingredients in a food processor and pulse to blend well. Poor over chicken breast and let marinate for at least an hour. I have marinated them over night and found they were so good when grilled the next day. Before grilling sprinkle with more Kick’n Chicken to your taste. I highly suggest probing with thermometer and removing off the grill at 165 to ensure chicken won’t dry out.


This grilled chicken recipe is so versatile. I like to grill a bunch and put some in the fridge to make wraps, salads, or just a quick lunch. perfect more meal prepping!
