Ingredients:

3 TBSP sesame oil
2 lbs pork (beef or turkey can be used)
4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
1 cup chopped onion
Ground ginger to taste ( I use about 1 TBSP)
Hoisin sauce to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Spicy Mayo (optional but highly recommended)
Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in skillet and add onions and pork
- Once pork is browned add ground ginger.
- Turn Heat on high and add cabbage and sauté until desired tenderness.
- Add Hoisin sauce and Soy sauce
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Serve with spicy mayo and garnish with green onions.
