Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 large onion chopped
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 packs of Kinder’s Mexican Seasoning
- 1 can black beans strained and rinsed.
- 1 can green chiles
- Mexican Rice (https://gracefulmary.blog/2024/12/13/mexican-rice/)
- Sour Cream to taste
- Flour tortillas
- Taco sauce
- Pepper jack cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack will work)
Instructions:
- In large skillet add venison, pork, and onions. When meat starts to brown add both packs of Mexican seasoning and garlic. Stir to blend.
- Add black beans and Chiles and mix.
- Once heated through you can build your burritos.
- Lay out flour tortilla and layer with sour cream to taste, Mexican rice, meat, cheese, and taco sauce.
- Wrap burrito. In a skillet on low heat add burrito and toast on each side.
- Serve while hot.
