Ingredients:
- 1 pound of shrimp or crawfish (chopped)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 TBS melted butter
- 6 Green onions finely chopped
- You’re favorite creole seasoning (I use Tony’s)
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bread flour
Instructions:
- Heat oil in frying pot to 350 degrees.
- Combine egg, protein, butter, green onions, and seasoning and mix well.
- Add flour and mix until well combined. Mixture will be wet.
- Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown. I used a small scoop but a spoon will work.
